Terms and Conditions

Online booking

The booking will be fully confirmed only when the customer receives confirmation through an email. It is very important you to check all the details of your booking like all the names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates, hours and others. If you detect something incorrect you must contact us immediately.

After payment is made, you will receive a confirmation via email you will receive also a Booking Voucher with your booking number, with all the belong details and you must print it. We, as booking agents, cannot be held responsible for errors or discrepancies that may appear in your Booking Voucher, so you must review it carefully and if you detect any error you must communicate it to us minimum 24 hours before your first scheduled transfer. This Voucher will be required when you arrive to your destination by the agent or the representative.

Reus-Airport-Transfers recommends you do not transport fragile or valuable objects. Transport of luggage and other belongings is undertaken solely to customer’s risk and under no circumstances can Reus-Airport-Transfers be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Passengers under age must always be accompanied by their legal guardians or other adults to take charge of them. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and that minors cannot travel alone.

In case of error on our part, we undertake to rectify in the shortest possible time.

Cancel or Change your booking

Confirmation of service includes the basic data needed for the perfect realization of service data such as customer name, collection, street address, telephone number, etc.. If you request or require any changes to these data, the information must be provided by the customer to us always in writing within 24 hours before the service. The customer is responsible if the changes cause an increase in price (vehicle, people, etc.), and such changes will always depend on the availability of the transport company.

If you make more than two modifications on your booking, these additional modifications are subject to a 6 EURO administration fee, which must be paid at least 24 hours before your first scheduled transfer.

Changes requested less than 24 hours before your transfer will be subject to approval and if accepted subject to a 6 EURO administration fee. If the requested modification causes an increase in the price of the service, it must be paid before your scheduled transfer.

If the client wishes to cancel their booking must do so in writing form to our head office within 24 hours. To not incur expenses. If the booking is canceled with less of 24 hours the company will charge the 50% of the reserve for expenses of management.

If you preview any delay in collecting, you should contact us. If you don't contact us and if we try to contact you and our attempts are unsuccessful, you are responsible and therefore the Provider reserves the right not to be obliged to offer the service will not refund the amount paid for the service.

Accepting the interpretation of these terms and conditions customers confirm that:

They are adult and agree to comply with all legal responsibilities based on this agreement.

The maximum waiting time arrivals at airports is 60 minutes from the arrival of the flight.
For departures waiting time will be limited to 15 minutes after the specified time.
If you cannot find the driver in place and time, the customer will be responsible to call the emergency phone. to apply the solution to the problem. If the client does not call these numbers and we are not aware of the problem, as the service will be canceled and shall not be entitled to reimbursement.

The customer must be responsible for concrete collection time in his departure, and plans to be at the airport 2 hours before departure of your flight and take into consideration the journey and the possibility of mishaps on the road. In case of delay due to causes beyond the carrier such as traffic control, other vehicle accidents, delays in traffic, etc. The provider will make every effort to conform to the schedule but does not guarantee compliance with these and is not responsible. However the pickup will be revised by us and if we thought it is not ok for the transfer that the customer need, we will advise him.

Luggage

Each client can take, including the price, one bag per person, maximum combined size of 158cm (length+width+height). In case of bringing extra baggage must be specified in the reservation and confirmed by the supplier based on vehicle capacity. If this requires modifying the vehicle, the customer must choose a superior vehicle at the time of booking.

In accepting the terms and conditions, to the customer is strictly prohibited to carry any illegal purpose or to harm or disturb other passengers.

The transport company shall not be responsible for passengers' luggage. Neither Reus-Airport-Transfers will be held responsible for any loss or damages that your luggage may suffer. Each client must be responsible for his luggage for loss or damage. We recommend you to contract a travel insurance policy that can cover any loss or damage.

Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess luggage.

Liability of Reus-Airport-Transfers

Reus-Airport-Transfers is not liable for any losses that may occur from the incorrect processing of your booking by the Supplier or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us during the booking process.

We do not accept responsibility for any injury, illness, death or loss of any kind. We are only responsible for claims arising only as result of our negligence.

If you detect any problem with the provided service you have to inform the driver or call us at the provided number. We will investigate and try to find an immediate solution.

Force Majeure

Reus-Airport-Transfers cannot guarantee or be held responsible for extraordinary situations that may occur before or during your transfer. Such as controls or police activity, acts of vandalism or terrorism, accidents and related delays, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions or other events beyond the control of Reus-Airport-Transfers.
